The RSA Parliament encountered inefficiencies and frequent failures in streaming their meetings to public platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter due to the complexity of their workflows, which involved numerous third-party applications and processes starting from the meeting worksheet.
Leveraging cloud virtual machines (VMs), we orchestrated a comprehensive solution for the RSA Parliament, seamlessly integrating their streaming workflows from the meeting worksheet to public platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. By deploying VMs in the cloud, we ensured scalability, flexibility, and reliability, enabling Parliament to efficiently manage streaming operations without the constraints of physical infrastructure. This approach not only optimized resource utilization but also enhanced the resilience of the streaming infrastructure, mitigating the risk of downtime and failures. With cloud VMs, Parliament gained the agility to adapt to fluctuating demands and scale resources as needed, ensuring uninterrupted broadcasting of parliamentary sessions and promoting transparency in government affairs.
