A Decade of Building.
The Beginning
Recadi Technologies begins its journey as a South African technology company focused on building custom digital systems around real business and operational requirements.
Supporting High-Visibility Digital Operations
Recadi Technologies supported the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa with the design and implementation of digital broadcasting and streaming workflows during a period when remote access to parliamentary proceedings became increasingly important.
The solution supported meetings hosted through platforms including Microsoft Teams and Zoom and enabled distribution to public channels. Between 2021 and 2023, Recadi also managed and monitored parliamentary live streaming feeds from its offices.

A centralised digital meetings and media platform providing access to live and recorded meetings, upcoming and historical sessions, and searchable parliamentary meeting information.

A warehouse management and 3PL SaaS platform covering goods receiving, shelf and pallet allocation, inventory management, operational workflows, quotation and invoicing, and a secure client portal.

Following its CRM implementation experience with INSETA, Recadi Technologies was awarded CHIETA's CRM project.
The CHIETA implementation extended CRM capabilities through telephone integration, call activity visibility and automated escalation workflows for unattended and overdue queries.

Recadi Technologies is currently implementing a CRM solution for the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
Ten years into the journey, Recadi continues to design technology around real operational challenges while developing both client solutions and its own software products.
